How does the subscription work?
The subscription automatically renews according to your selected delivery interval and the store will automatically deliver the products to you after each successful renewal.
For example, if you started with a monthly subscription, the system will automatically charge your credit card every month and you will receive the products at your doorstep every month without having to order them yourself!
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel the subscription at any time on the customer portal as shown in the screenshot below. The only exception to this is if you have started a subscription that requires a certain number of payments before it can be canceled.
The customer portal is accessible through the magic link you received in the email sent to you when you placed your first subscription order in the store. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in your store.
How do I skip or reschedule a payment?
You can skip or reschedule your billing on the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip charge button next to it that you can use to skip a charge. You can reschedule your billing by clicking the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.
Can I add products to my subscription?
Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click on the Edit button on the products tab and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.
What happens if a payment cannot be processed?
If the subscription cannot be renewed because payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email with a link where you can securely update your payment method.
