About us

We believe that what we eat has a huge impact on how we feel, how we think, and therefore on how we live our lives. It's also important to pay attention to the information our minds consume and give it the same weight as food. With our purchases, we can vote every day for the kind of world we want.

Our Story

Primal Feast was officially founded at the end of 2022. However, a year prior, the idea of producing food supplements from beef organs began to circulate in my mind while I was working on a pasture-based cattle farm. From my own experience, I know the impact a plant-based diet had on me when I fell for vegan propaganda many moons ago. This allowed me to discover just how important animal foods are. In any case, my values haven't changed, only my beliefs. I still love animals, care about the environment, and want to eat foods that make me feel good and benefit me.

After my "awakening," I was most influenced by the work of Weston A. Price - Nutrition and Physical Degeneration, which is an amazing testament to how strong an effect diet has on proper human development and health.

Thanks to the popularity of the "Carnivore diet" in 2020, I started to take plant antinutrients (plants' defensive chemicals) more seriously. After eliminating all plant foods, except for a little fruit, I could truly appreciate the positive effect of animal foods. As the saying goes, "red meat will kill you, but until then, you'll feel great."

Currently, my diet resembles the "Animal-based diet" inspired by Paul Saladino, but it's not important to categorize oneself; rather, it's a good starting point. Essentially, it's a carnivore diet with the addition of easily digestible carbohydrates (fruit, honey). This means foods richest in absorbable nutrients with the smallest amount of toxins (e.g., plants' defensive chemicals). However, I try not to take anything dogmatically; there's always more to learn.

Organs as a concentrated source of absorbable nutrients are, in my opinion, an important part of the diet. Some vitamins in them are up to 1000 times more concentrated than in muscle meat. In fact, not eating organs is unnatural. From many sources, we can see that they were highly valued throughout history, and people still greatly appreciate them in many cultures today. In our modern "Western" society, we barely eat them anymore; the tradition has been interrupted. It seems strange to us, we don't know how to prepare them, they have a strong taste we're not used to. For this reason, beef freeze-dried organs in supplement form seem to me like a simple way to reintroduce them into the diet for those who wouldn't eat them otherwise, are traveling, or don't have time to prepare them.

I believe that our products will be a useful tool on your journey and provide you with support to experience this adventure to the fullest.
