We consider how the animals from which we obtain raw materials lived and what they ate to be crucial. We choose only local organic "cowboys" from the Czech Republic who practice pasture-raised farming – cows graze in meadows as much as conditions allow, and in winter, they are fed hay and silage.

Freeze-dried to best preserve all nutrients in their natural form with optimal bioavailability.

By purchasing our product, you will not only support your health but also the ecological and regenerative farmers we collaborate with. This type of farming increases the potential fertility of soils, contributes to carbon sequestration in the soil, and also enhances the soil's water retention capacity. Large herbivores are an important part of many ecosystems, and it is partly thanks to their activity that chernozem (black earth) is formed.

Liver is one of the most nutritious foods on the planet.
This is why predatory animals eat it first, along with other organs; they instinctively know that it is the most concentrated source of nutrients. We can observe the same thing in people living in nature.
Calculated amount of vitamins and minerals per 6 capsules (3g) according to USDA: Vitamin A 497 mcg (62% RI*), vitamin B12 5.93 mcg (237% RI*), vitamin B9 29 mcg (15% RI*), copper 0.98 mg (98% RI*), vitamin B2 276 mcg (20% RI*) *RI = Reference Intake
As this is a natural food, the amount of nutrients is subject to variation.

Frequently Asked Questions by Our Customers
Can I take your product "Beef Liver" during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
In short, yes. Many expectant mothers are warned against consuming liver during pregnancy due to excessive vitamin A intake. However, this warning applies to the 1st trimester; in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters, it is recommended to increase vitamin A intake. If you stick to the recommended daily dose of 6 capsules per day, you will be consuming an average of 0.5 mg of vitamin A daily, which is much less than the supposedly dangerous dose.
According to the "Reference Values for Nutrient Intake (DACH)" published by the Society for Nutrition, from the 4th month of pregnancy, the recommended daily dose can be doubled, and during breastfeeding, when vitamin A requirements are highest, it can even be tripled to reach the recommended intake of 1.5 mg/day.
Among other things, beef liver is a good source of folate, which is also important for proper fetal development.
We recommend discussing any changes in your diet with your doctor, who will individually assess your condition and needs.
